Frequently Asked Questions about Custom Crystal Products

The creation of each custom Mysticlagom product varies. Most orders typically ship within 48-72 hours. Most Mysticlagom packages are processed and shipped within 5 days of receiving the order with exceptions during the holiday season.

 Please remain patient and allow at least 7 full business days before emailing me about an order. Email confirmations will be sent with package tracking. 

Majority of Mysticlagom packages are delivered with 3-5 days of being dropped off at the postal office. Once your package is shipped there will be a confirmation email sent with your postal tracking. Once your package is dropped of with USPS Mysticlagom is not responsible for any delays in delivery.

Please be mindful of busy holiday season and place your order in a timely manner.

Once you place your order with Mysticlagom you will receive a text message or email from the creator, Alche,  to begin your customization process.

As of right now the only items that are customizable are crystal infused pendants.

In the near future i will resume offering custom spell jar pendants, crystal infused trays/ashtrays, and custom intention candles. 

You have full creative control of your item, and you will receive a photo of your item before it ships to ensure your satisfaction. 

Please Note: Customized items do require a longer process time. 

Intention candles are candles that are made infused with the energy of your intention. These candles are used during meditation & ritual to bring your intention into fruition.

How is this possible?

Intention candles are made with the corresponding herbs, scents, and crystals to magnetize and strengthen your intention.

Crystal infused pendant are hand designed necklaces made with genuine crystals inside to magnetize your intention & promote your body frequency.

Each pendant is made with a variety of genuine crystals that help to attract your desired intention. 

All sales are final!  Mysticlagom does not allow refunds once the order has been shipped.

Mysticlagom DOES NOT offer refunds on custom made crystal infused pendants or custom intention candles unless they are delivered broken in the package. If you would like to exchange an item PLEASE reach out via email before the item ships. 

If you need to inquire about a refund - feel free to reach out via email however, refunds are not guaranteed.  

Accidently picked the wrong item? No worries, you may always reach out for an exchange.

However, if you request an exchange after the order has been shipped you will be responsible for covering shipping to get the product back to Mysticlagom.

If you notice that your candle will not stay lit or that your flame is very small try discarding some of the melted wax.

Some of the crystals or herbs can cause the melted wax to rise over the flame as it burns & can be prevented by either removing the crystals or discarding some of the wax.
